Aloha, Tin man triathlon race is the most exciting annual event of my life.This re known traditional Triathlon race is 29th this year.Tin man ,They gave this event quarter of Iron man triathlon.They described Tininstead Iron,ha ha. Swim at Waikiki 750m>Bike on Hawaii kai(east bound)40km>Run around Diamond head 10km.The course is pretty tough.A lot of hills and wind and rough water in swim this year.I put up a picture that my bike training team at last practice.
アロハ～みなさん。ティンマントライアスロンレースは私の生活の中で、年間でとっても大事なエキサイトなイベントです。今年は２９年目を迎えるとても伝統的なレースです。どうしてTin manかと言うと、距離がIron manの４分の一の距離のレースだから・・・鉄人にはなれない・・・ブリキ？ちょっと弱虫？はは。７５０ｍの水泳、４０ｋｍのバイク（自転車）１０ｋｍのランニング。坂道も多く、水泳も波ありで、レースとしては面白みのある私のお好みレースです。写真はバイクのトレーニング仲間との最後の練習の時のものです。
After the race we all relax and enjoy to talk about race with gang.Oh,my result ? I excuse first,I couldn’t train as I want. Well,anyway 2hours 36minuets this year and place is 4th in my age group.I was 8minuts later than last year’s but I still enjoy and happy.Go for next year !!!
そして、レースを終えて仲間とレースの報告や飲んだり食べたり、リラックス。そうそう、私のレースの結果？言い訳をさせていただけるなら・・・今年は練習が全く足りなかったので２時間３６分４位という結果に終わりました。去年より８分も遅かったけどそれでも良くがんばったかな？I will post some more picture derling the race.You look forward it !レース中の写真を又Upしますのでお楽しみに！

今日は京都高島屋で行われるハワイアンフェアのお知らせです。（日本は暑そうなのでこの色だと少しくらい涼しくなるかなと思いました が・・無理がある？）

Today’s title is MOVEING TO TOKYO with WHO? Well,Not me, my son moved to Tokyo to succeed his carrier to be a Producer of music scene.His name is Takuma ,and he is very artistic person. I put up his drawing his own character when he was 16years old.Now he is 18 ,He has huge potential for his successful life.Good luck and go for it!
