Oh yea“ I really needed them to help my troubled foot.They make custom insole for your foot by theire highest craftsman skill.My friend Atuko http://www.noeohana.com reffered to me right timeing when I was in Tokyo. Finally I got custom insole as shown below picture.I’m sure no more pain with my knees = )
みなさ～んお元気ですか？私はようやく日本から戻ってきました。相変わらず 仕事の事と同じくらい大事な趣味のお話ですが・・・今回東京に滞在の間 見事なタイミングでＮＯＥ Ｏ ＨＡＮＡのオーナーのあつ子さんの紹介でカスタムのインソールを作りました。感激‘‘‘。
私の足はひどいガイハンボッシの上、並大抵では無い偏平足という二重苦をずっと背負っているのです。シューズを替え、フォームを替え、マッサージといつも膝に問題を抱えていたのでが。念願のカスタムのインソールで今年のホノルルマラソンにいざ！出場です。これで安心して走れる事でしょう。Ｎｅｗ Ｂａｌａｎｃｅの系列会社でＦｏｏｔ Ｒｅｓｃｕｅと言います。水道橋か神保町から０３－３２２２－９８９８です。足の問題が有る人も無い人も是非どうぞ。色々なランニングに関しての相談に乗って下さいますよ。

Hi there,Thank you for visiting “To kei”.Yesterday, I went to Temple valley in wind ward area near Kaneohe.As you see above picture I was volunteer for passing water bottle for cyclist !(COOOL!) To keiに来ていただきありがとうございます。昨日私はウインワードエリアのテンプルバレーというカネオヘに程近い所に参りました・・・ご覧の写真のようにレースに参加している選手達にウォーターボトルを手渡すボランティアに行ってきました。レースの写真をＵＰしますね。Here some pictures I posted.First group to second and the most laergest group.They already had atleast 4hour ride before they reach this point!!! 写真は一番手のグループから２番手へと、彼らが一番大きなグループを構成していました。信じられますか？この地点に来るまでに既に４時間以上乗っているのですよ！！！！
Then,They will ride on the bike 2more hours
そして彼らたちはこれから後２時間のライドを続けるのです！ちなみに私の長距離記録は４時間半です。まだまだ修行が足らない。又ボトルを手渡す時の感動を味わいたいと思いました。最後の写真は帰り道の一枚。Here the last picture.To me this is real Hawaii Island of image.

Aloha, Thank you for visiting “To kei”. There are many chances to see the birds in this paradise. The bird in this picture always comes to my yard. I sneaked out and took this picture of her. There is a nice story that you may believe or not. My precious friend Midori shared with me something that she had experienced a couple of weeks ago.
She is a student who also works at a restaurant part time. One day when the restaurant dumped their used oil, a bird came to stand of the edge of the container and slipped into the dirty oil. Midori told me that this happened when she was on the way to her house. She took the bird out from the dirty oil and took her home. She washed and dried out a cage for the bird. Then after a couple days rest with Midori, she let bird fly away, off into the sky.
A couple of days later, Midori and her boyfriend saw the bird on the lanai and it dropped a one dollar bill on the floor. They were so surprised that this happened to them. Now,she is considering how to use one dollar bill =)
I believe what she said really happened. When we live in Love. I’m sure such things will happen in our life. Thanks, Midori, for sharing this story with me.
今日は私の大切な友人のＭｉｄｏｒｉが数週間前に体験した事をシェアーしてくれました。あなたが信じようと信じまいと・・・彼女は学生でバイトでレストランに勤めています。ある日店の外に容器に入れて捨てられた油の中に足を滑らせて落ちてしまった鳥を偶然にみつけました。彼女は鳥を汚い油の中から取り出し、家に持ち帰り洗って乾かし数日後、完全にもとの状態にしてあげて空に戻してあげたという事でした。
そうして数日後ミドリと彼が家にいる時 その鳥かどうかは定かではないという事でしたが、鳥が１ドル札をくちばしにくわえてラナイに落としていったそうです。お礼に来てくれたのかなぁと彼女が言って、鳥の恩返しだよ～～。と私はそんなことが本当におこる事を信じるよ。と言うと彼女はとても嬉しそうにしてくれました。結果・・・私たちが目に見えないものに誠実に生きる時 こんな事がおこるんだよ！という事でとっても心が暖まりました。みどり、シェアしてくれてありがとう。
